Our packages
We offer two packages – Standard and Premium. Both offer peace-of-mind through inclusive security updates, backups and health-checks – with our Premium package offering 3 hours per month of content updating (i.e. new pages, articles, or images).

When is support available?
Our website care packages provide 24/7 uptime monitoring – with in-built tools to automatically notify us of problems. Urgent issues (i.e. website unavailability or security breaches) are handled by our out-of-hours team. Other requests (i.e. new pages or content editing) are handled by our team Monday-Saturday 8am – 5pm.
How do I report an issue, or make a chance?

Sites are backed up on a weekly basis to our UK-based servers – and protected with 256-bit encryption.
